Vlukon was tasked with designing a bespoke wheel and suspension system for an electric vehicle developed for last-mile package delivery. Our solution included a robust steel spoked rim, equipped with a high-performance tire for enhanced durability and efficiency. To ensure a seamless and comfortable ride, we custom-engineered a rubber (elastomer) based torsional axle spring suspension. Additionally, the wheel hub was integrated with a disc brake and keyway for optimal safety and drive control.
